Lineman plans to sack, sell you lunch one day
St. Thomas High senior Hunter Pallasch is passionate about sports – particularly football and weightlifting.
Pallasch's football team, which is a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools' athletic program, is ranked first in its district and second in the state. He was also a Touchdown Club finalist for Private School Defensive Player of the Year. Pallasch said he loves food and someday hopes to own and operate a Chick-fil-A or Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches franchise.
