Weekly sales roundup for Greater Heights, week ending Dec. 30

There were 13 sales in Greater Heights for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 835 Le Green St. William D. Bain Jr. sold the home to Laura Medlin and Waylon Medlin on Wednesday, Dec. 26. The 996-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1925 and is located in the Ridgewood subdivision.
