The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Thursday, Jan. 17 to Saturday, Jan. 19:

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving without a Texas operator's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving with expired registration, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 34-year-old female lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of cruelty to animals Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 34-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 17 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Ella Boulevard.

A woman Posas was arrested on a charge of ($50 to $500) on Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 32-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 17 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides on Haverhill Drive.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with robbery with bodily injury on Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 26, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing a second degree felony charge. He resides in Pinemont.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Heidrich.

A Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while license is suspended after being arrested Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 29, resides in Ella. He was booked Jan. 19.

A man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief ($500 to $1,500) on Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 18-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Lehman.

A Houston man is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges of possession of prohibited weapon and no seat belt on a passenger after being arrested Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 25, resides on Pinemount Drive. He was booked Jan. 18.

A man was arrested on a charge of assault Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 35-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing a second degree felony charge. He resides in Larkin.

A woman was arrested on charges of driving without a Texas operator's license and expired inspection certificate Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Sherwood.

A woman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08 on Jan. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 34-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. She resides in Willowby.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, running a red light and speeding, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 28-year-old female lives in Houston.
