Arrest report for Jan. 13-16

The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for the period of Jan. 13-16:

A 23-year-old woman was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08. She was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 14 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A 42-year-old woman was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of possession of a penalty group one controlled substance, 1 to 4 grams. She was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 13 and is facing a third degree felony charge.

A 27-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. He was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing misdemeanor and third degree felony charges.

A 45-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with motion to revoke parole and retaliation and assault with bodily injury to a public servant. He was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing felony and third degree felony charges.

A man was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of assault of a family member. The 33-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A 19-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct with vulgar language. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges.

A 27-year-old Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested Jan. 14. He was booked Jan. 14.

A 44-year-old Houston man is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08 and driving without a Texas operator's license after being arrested Jan. 14. He was booked Jan. 14.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of burglary of a home. The 25-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 16 and is facing a second degree felony charge.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group one controlled substance. The 29-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 16 and is facing a state felony charge.

A 19-year-old Houston woman is facing class C misdemeanor charges of driving without a Texas operator's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance after being arrested Jan. 15. She was booked on Jan. 15.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty grade one (4 to 200 grams). The 29-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing a first degree felony charge.
