Weekly sales roundup for Greater Heights, week ending Dec. 23

There were 20 sales in Greater Heights for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 208 Munford St. Mazz-14 LLC sold the home to Eliab S. Erulkar and Karissa M. Schecter on Monday, Dec. 17. The 884-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1973 and is located in the Milroy Place subdivision.
