Greater Houston Partnership Legal Excellence Speaker Series scheduled for Jan. 29
The Greater Houston Partnership Legal Excellence Speaker Series is scheduled to run from Tuesday, Jan. 29 to Thursday, April 25.
The event will take place at Hilton Americas Hotel, 1600 Lamar, Houston.
According to a partnership release, the series is made possible by the University of Houston Law Center with support from the Greater Houston Parnership and the University of MD Anderson Cancer Center.
The series will include a few presentations including Tuesday, Jan. 29 with "Latest Tax Issues for Small Business Owners, Wednesday, Feb. 27 with "Affordable Care Act: What it Means for Texas," Thursday, March 21 with "Shaping Houston's Future: Energy and Environmental Law and its Effect on Houston's Business Opportunities" and Thursday, April 25 with "International Trade, NAFTA, Pipelines and the I-69 Corridor."
