Sales roundup for Greater Heights, week ending Dec. 9

There were 15 sales in Greater Heights for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 409 W. 26th St. Carl Russell Thornton and Tess Justina Thornton sold the home to John Bosco Birungi and Sheilla Wibabara on Friday, Dec. 7.

The 2,097-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is located in the Meredith Heights subdivision.
