Weekly sales roundup for Greater Heights, week of Dec. 2

There were eight sales in Greater Heights for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1036 Walling St. Angela Hollis and Peter Hollis sold the home to Andrew Prough and Connie Prough on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,196-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1928 and is located in the North Norhill subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2623 Shady Acres Court to Gabriela Rivero and the sale of 3011 Houston Ave. to Tiffany Turner.

Sales volume was 33.3 percent lower than the previous week and 60 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Greater Heights has averaged 16 sales per week during the last 12 months.
