Jung Center of Houston to feature Laughter Yoga event Dec. 13
The Jung Center of Houston's Laughter Yoga class will be held from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 at the center in Houston.
"Experience laughter yoga, breathing and play-based movement exercises practiced for health and wellness by people of all professions and backgrounds. Laughter Yoga is fun, easy to do, and restores joy and psychological well-being," according to a Jung Center press release.
The event is free, tickets are not required and parking will be available.
The Jung Center of Houston is at 5200 Montrose Blvd., Houston.
