Arrest report for Nov.15-17

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of assault of a family member, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 31-year-old male lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08, motor vehicle, title ser and fail maintenance, vehicle title service reco on Nov. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 45-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 16 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class A misdemeanor charges. He resides in E TC Jester #C2.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on Nov. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 41-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 16 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in Northwood.

A man was arrested on a charge of solicitation of employment or business from the occupant of a vehicle on Nov. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 63-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 17 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Heights Blvd.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 54-year-old male lives in Houston.

A Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested on Nov. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, resides in Link Rd. He was booked on Nov. 17.
