Open poetry mike, party to meet at Heights Neighborhood Library
The great poets’ monthly birthday party and open poetry mike will meet at the Heights Neighborhood Library on Wednesday, Dec. 19.
The event is part of the adult programs at the library. Guests will hear readings of poems by poets celebrating birthdays in month of December. Participants may bring their own original poetry to read for others.
The group will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the library, 1302 Heights Blvd., Houston.
The event is free. Registration is not required.
