Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Nov. 4-7

The following arrests were reported by local authorities Sunday to Wednesday, Nov. 4-7:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with violating child support on Nov. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 43, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 5 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Curtin.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 56-year-old male lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Nov. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 4 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Main Street.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of assault of a family member, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 28-year-old male lives in Houston.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Nov. 4, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 4 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Waverly.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol content more than .08 on Nov. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 6 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in North Durham.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) on Nov. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 43-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Nov. 6 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides in Wichmann.

A Houston man is facing a second-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 2 (4 to 400 grams) after being arrested on Nov. 6, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, resides in Merrill. He was booked on Nov. 6.
