Weekly sales roundup for Greater Heights, week ending Sept. 16

There were 13 sales in Greater Heights for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1128 Tulane St. James Fox sold the home to Anne and Jeff D. Liddle on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 2,632-square-foot, three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home was built in 2002 and is located in the Houston Heights subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2366 Arlington St. to Dana L. Ranslem and the sale of 2630 Shady Acres Court to Kimberly Ludlow and Daniel Woodward.
