Free fair to help seniors learn to prevent accidental falls set for Sept. 27
The Houston Department of Health and Human Services is hosting a free fair from 9-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at Metropolitan Multi-Service Center to help seniors learn to prevent accidental falls.
The event is part of the National Falls Prevention Awareness Day and will focus on lifestyle changes that may help older adults avoid and reduce falls.
The event is open to the public and admission is free. No registration is required.
The Metropolitan Multi-Service Center is at 1475 W. Gray St. in Houston.
