Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 8

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 6 to Sept. 8:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 6, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 47, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 6 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Highland.

A man was arrested on charges of expired inspection certificate, speeding and violating a promise to appear on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 9 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Thornton Road.

A man was arrested on a charge of tampering or fabricating physical evidence on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 27-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides in West 18th.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 18-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in East 39th.

A Houston man is facing felony class C misdemeanor charges of motion to revoke parole and driving without a Texas operator's license after being arrested on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 32, resides in Pinemont. He was booked on Sept. 7.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 44-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 7 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in 37th.

A woman was arrested on charges of driving the wrong way on one-way street, expired inspection certificate and violating a promise to appear on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 67-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 7 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in East 36th Street.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 (less than 1 gram) and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 25-year-old male lives in East 39th in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 49-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 9 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Castor.
