The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 2 through Sept. 5:

A Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense, blood alcohol concentration .08, after being arrested Sept. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 29, resides on East 12th. He was booked Sept. 2.

A Houston man was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with theft under $1500, third offense, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 54, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 3 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Oxford.

A man was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of fraudulent use and possession of identifying information, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 52-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 3 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Herkimer Street.

A man was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 35-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides on Ovid Street.

A man was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of theft, $500 to $1,500, no seat belt on a passenger and violating a promise to appear, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Castor.

A man was arrested Sept. 3, on charges of deadly conduct, unlawful restraint and theft, $500 to $1,500, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 36-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing class A misdemeanor charges. He resides on 16th.

A man was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of possession of less than one gram of a penalty group one controlled substance, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 47-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in Thorton.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 25-year-old male lives on West Cavalcade, in Houston.
