Heights Bicycle Rally and Scavenger Hunt set for Oct. 7
The Heights Bicycle Rally and Scavenger Hunt, hosted by the Houston Heights Association, will take place from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at Marmion Park in Houston.
The event is not a race but a classic 20-mile ride and scavenger hunt. There will also be a 5-mile ride and scavenger hunt for families. After the rides, there will be an awards ceremony with entertainment, door prizes and refreshments.
The event is open to riders of all ages. The fee for registration before Wednesday, Oct. 3, is $20 for 20-mile $10 for the 5-mile ride. On rally day, the cost will be $25 for the 20-mile and $15 for the 5-mile ride.
Marmion Park is at 1802 Heights Blvd.
