Several arrests made in Heights, Aug. 30-Sept. 1

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 30 to Sept. 1:

A man who resides on West 43rd Street was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

A man was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony). He resides on Lynette.

A woman who resides on Gladewood Drive was arrested on alleged charges of motion to adjudicate.

A Houston woman was arrested and charged with failure to stop and give information Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 2 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides on East 32nd Street.

A man was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) and possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 52-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 2 and is facing class B misdemeanor charges. He resides on Tulane.
