Heroes Run 5K set for Sept. 8
The Travis Manion Foundation is organizing the 2012 9/11 Heroes Run 5K on Saturday, Sept. 8.
Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a race shirt and dogtag.
The cost is $30 per participant, with race organizers hoping to raise at least $15,000.
The race, set to start at 8 a.m., will be held at the Ellington Airport, at 11602 Aerospace Drive, in Houston.
