Four Seasons Hotel Houston names new director of catering

The Four Seasons Hotel Houston has named Gary P. Baumann as its new director of catering.   According to a press release, Baumann will oversee catering operations for all special business, charitable events and social functions at the hotel. He previously worked at the InterContinental Houston near The Galleria.    Baumann is currently vice president and president-elect of the National Association of Catering Executives, according to the release.
