Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Aug. 2-4

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 2-4:

A man was arrested on a charge of public intoxication (with three prior convictions) on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in West 24th.

A man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief ($50 to $500) on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 29-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in West 19th Street.

A woman was arrested on a charge of theft under $1,500 (third offense) on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 43-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a state felony charge. She resides in Judiway.

A man was arrested on a charge of trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 46-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Bayou Drive.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while license is suspended on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 56-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Whitney.

A woman was arrested on a charge of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1-4 grams) on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. She resides in East 32nd.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of burglary of a vehicle, assault causing bodily injury and parent contributing to truancy, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 36-year-old female lives in East 26th Street in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, speeding, violating a promise to appear and expired inspection certificate, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 21-year-old male lives in Ella Boulevard in Houston.

A Houston man is facing a Class C misdemeanor charge of driving without a Texas operator's license after being arrested on Aug. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, resides in West 25th. He was booked on Aug. 3.

A Houston man is facing Class B misdemeanor and Class C misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 and driving with expired registration after being arrested on Aug. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 29, resides in West 25th. He was booked on Aug. 3.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a second-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 (4 to 200 grams), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 29-year-old male lives in Enid in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of felony possession of a weapon and possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 47-year-old male lives in Judiway in Houston.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08, failure to stop at the designated point, violating a promise to appear, failure to produce a driver's license on demand and issuing a bad check, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 36-year-old female lives in Tabor in Houston.
