Dance development organization Vitacca is looking for dancers ages 12 to 17 to join the group.

Auditions to join the Vitacca Dance Project Pre-Professional Company are set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4 at the Dominic Walsh Dance Theater.

The company provides dance coaching, outreach programs and professional performance opportunities. Its national debut will be in November at Dance Chicago's Annual Dance Festival.

Sign-in begins at noon Saturday, Aug. 4. Students should be prepared with a headshot and/or dance shot. Appropriate attire and shoes for ballet and contemporary movement must be worn. There is a $20 audition class free.
