Megabus launching new service
Megabus.com will launch a new service with daily departures and arrivals between Houston, Dallas and San Antonio on Tuesday, June 19.
Fares start as low as $1 each way on buses that are equipped with free wireless Internet, power outlets and bathrooms.
Buses will leave regularly from the corner of Polk Street and Travis Street downtown, with a second stop at Eastwood Transit Center, 4400 Gulf Freeway, Houston.
According to the press release, Greg Ortale, president and CEO of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, stated: "We are excited to land yet another transportation option for people visiting our area. The more ways people are able to get to Houston, the greater our potential for success."
