Emily Sunshine Paulis and James Morrison Paulis acquired a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 1303 Ansbury Drive in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks from Barry Fantich and Susie Fantich on May 30.

The Fantiches acquired the property in Sept. 2001. The 1,338-square-foot house was built in 1955 in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks. It is part of the Shepherd Forest subdivision. Harris County assesses the home's value at $194,111.

Barry Fantich has been the owner of Fantich Studio since 1984.

He attended the University of Houston.
