Energy trading analyst buys 3BD home in Lazybrook
Erin Lea Settegast bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2430 Tannehill Drive in Lazybrook/Timbergrove from Gloria Ann Smith on March 23.
The 1,712-square-foot house, built in 1964, is in the Timbergrove Manor subdivision.
Settegast is a product control analyst at EDF Trading, an energy commodities wholesaling company. Previously, she worked in the accounts payable/receivables department at the law firm Griffin & Matthews.
She received a B.S. in finance and management from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 183 home sales in Lazybrook/Timbergrove during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $299,000.
