Flowserve engineer buys 3BD home in Oak Forest

Nathan Stal and Katherine Stal acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1702 Candlelight Lane in Oak Forest / Garden Oaks from Veronica Garza and Harold Norris on March 13.

Mr. Norris acquired the house in November 2000. The 1,504-square-foot house, built in 1960, is in the Oak Forest subdivision.

Mr. Stal is an engineering supervisor at Flowserve, where he was previously an engineer and account manager. He was also a mechanical foreman at BNSF.

He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from The University of Texas, The Red McCombs School of Business.
