Development co. exec sells 3BD home in Oak Forest
Benjamin Siepel and Joanne Howarth sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5002 De Lange Lane in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks to Andrea Denise Schlegel on March 2.
Siepel acquired the property in August 2011. The 1,264-square-foot house, built in 1955, is valued at $119,452. It is part of the Oak Forest subdivision.
Siepel is a regional director with Development Alternatives Inc. Previously, he was a business development and strategy manager for the Dubai Holding, Tatweer; a business development consultant for Purple Orchid, Heathmere Limited and London Business School; a senior analyst at Natura Cosmeticos and a manager at Deutsche Bank.
He graduated from London Business School and Allegheny College.
Schlegel is an IT analyst at ExxonMobil Global Services.
She studied at the University of Houston and The University of Texas-Austin.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 582 home sales in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks during the past 12 months.
