Wells Fargo exec selling 3BD in Timbergrove

Connie T. Masterson has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1011 Waltway Drive in Lazybrook/Timbergrove for $374,500.

Masterson acquired the home in April 2009 for $349,722. The 1,784-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the Timbergrove Manor subdivision. Allen Frieze of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.

Masterson is the senior project and program manager at Wells Fargo Bank. She had previously worked as project services director of US Dataworks.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 176 home sales in Lazybrook/Timbergrove during the past 12 months.
