Emma Keaney and Andrew R. Hilditch have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2614 Princeton St. in Greater Heights for $342,900.

Keaney and Hilditch acquired the house in November 2008. The 2,359-square-foot house was built in 2007. Drew Platt of Boulevard Realty is the listing agent.
