Blake R. Schumann acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1819 Seamist Court in Lazybrook/Timbergrove from Peggy A. Kennon on Feb. 22.
The 1,671-square-foot house in the Lazybrook subdivision was built in 1956. It is valued at $237,683.
Mr. Schumann is a customer support base engineer at FMC Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of oil and gas production and processing systems.
He earned his mechanical engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 168 home sales in Lazybrook/Timbergrove during the past 12 months.
