Business exec, sales representative deal Lazybrook 3BD
Ashley E. Scarlett and Ryan A. Shook acquired a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 1007 Waltway Drive in Lazybrook/Timbergrove from Gavin Gerngross and his wife, Jami, on Feb 2.

Mr. Gerngross has served as the new digital business acquisitions executive at Hearst Media, a unit of Hearst magazines which handles digital strategy and the launching of websites. He attended the University of Houston.
Ms. Gerngross has served as a sales representative at Eli Lilly, a pharmaceutical company.
She attended Texas State University at San Marcos.
