Scott Eynard has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 208 Moss St. in Greater Heights for $434,900.

Eynard acquired the property in April 2006. The 1,475-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Brooke Smith subdivision. Margot Perez of Keller Williams Realty is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Eynard works as a network manager at ExxonMobil.

He attended the University of Houston.
