Insurance sales associate buys Baker Addition Homes 3BD
Vladimir and Emily Chemadurov bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1509 Shearn St. in Washington Avenue Coalition/Memorial Park from Diane and Albert Morin on Nov. 2.
The 2,014-square-foot home in Baker Addition Homes was built in 2007. It is valued at $220,000.
Mr. Chemadurov is a sales associate at Brown & Brown Insurance Services of Texas. He most recently served as a district sales manager at Southwestern Company.
He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Texas-Austin and an M.B.A. from Texas State University. He also attended the Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University in Russia. He is a licensed group health, life, benefits, commercial and personal lines property and casualty broker.
Ms. Morin is a realtor at Realty Associates in Houston.
The Chemadurovs also own homes at 2111 Kane St. in Washington Avenue Coalition/Memorial Park, 409 Pecore St. in Greater Heights and 2422 Driscoll St. in Neartown/Montrose.
