Vladimir and Emily Chemadurov bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1509 Shearn St. in Washington Avenue Coalition/Memorial Park from Diane and Albert Morin on Nov. 2.

The 2,014-square-foot home in Baker Addition Homes was built in 2007. It is valued at $220,000.

Mr. Chemadurov is a sales associate at Brown & Brown Insurance Services of Texas. He most recently served as a district sales manager at Southwestern Company.
