Town Hall meeting addresses Parker Road issues
Houston City Councilmember Ed Gonzalez hosted a Parker Road Town Hall meeting May 21 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Approximately 100 residents came to discuss traffic concerns along Parker Road near the Bauman and McGallion intersections. Representatives from the Public Works and Engineering Department discussed temporary solutions and heard resident input on potential permanent fixes.
A decision was reached to install a new traffic signal and to research the possible removal of existing traffic barriers.
