Montrose dentist, River Oaks oral surgeon blamed for failed implants
A woman is suing after, she says, a Montrose dentist and a River Oaks surgeon botched her dental implant procedures.
Freda Welling filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, May 23 in the Harris County District Court against River Oaks oral surgeon Chad Seabold and Montrose dentist Brad Deering, citing negligence.
Welling says in 2010 and 2011, the defendants cut out some of her teeth and replaced them with dental implants. Because of their alleged negligence, she now needs to undergo more surgery to redo the entire process.
Welling is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Galveston attorney Christopher Bertini.
