Heights business owners blame contractor for concrete splattered cars
A construction company is being sued over claims its employees splattered concrete on cars parked in a Heights-area lot.
Angel Alvarez and Chris Alvarez filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, May 1 in the Harris County District Court against Balfour Beatty Construction.
The plaintiffs say on June 17, 2011, Balfour Beatty employees accidently splattered concrete on four cars parked at their business, APM Electronics located in the 3600 block of Katy Freeway in the Heights. Balfour Beatty refuses to pay for damage, according to the brief.
The plaintiffs are seeking attorney's fees, court costs, and damages. They are being represented in the case by Houston attorney R. Burton Springer.
