Houston handyman sues over alleged Heights fall
A Houston handyman is suing after, he says, he sustained serious injuries while at a Heights-area job site.
Santiago Vega filed a lawsuit on Thursday, May 3 in the Harris County District Court against GM & T Inc., citing negligence.
Vega says on Jan. 4, 2011, he sustained serious injuries while working at a home located in the 1100 block of 22nd Street in the Heights, as a handyman for GM&T. The injuries occurred when he fell from a balcony without rails, according to the brief.
Vega is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Terry Bryant.
