Central Market to hold cooking class
With guidance from the Peace Meals cookbook by The Junior League of Houston, Central Market cooking staff will host a cooking class for brunch meals from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 5.
The menu for the class will include a smoothie, a frittata with fontina and Italian sausage, ranch-style eggs with chorizo and tomato red chile sauce, cinnamon pear scones and crème brûlée French toast.
Central Market is located at 3815 Westheimer Road.
