Heights library to hold class on pet foster homes
BARC is looking for volunteers to serve as foster homes for puppies and kittens too young for spay or neuter surgery, mothers still nursing their litters, animals that are ill and need recovery time, and animals needing time in a home.
An introductory foster class will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, April 30 at the Heights Neighborhood Library, located at 1302 Heights Blvd.
