Quattro chef to teach Italian cooking seminar
Quattro Chef Maurizio Ferrarese will offer would-be culinary artists a class on Italian cooking from 6:30-9 p.m. April 27 at Houston’s Central Market Cooking School, 3518 Westheimer.
Ferrarese, a native of Italy, arrived in Houston in 2010 after working at Four Seasons Hotels in Budapest and Italy.
The class costs $65 per person.
