The following arrests were reported by local authorities between Jan. 22 to Jan. 25:

A man was arrested on charges of unlawfully carrying a weapon and discharge of a firearm in the metro area on Jan. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 36-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Detering.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of public lewdness, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 50-year-old lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated Jan. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in North Durham.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of four counts of driving with expired registration, three counts of failure to produce a driver's license on demand, four counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams), two counts of driving without a Texas operator's license, three counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 26-year-old lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of motion to revoke parole on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing a felony charge. He resides in Patterson.

A woman was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. She resides on West Cavalcade.

A man was arrested on a charge of assault of a family member on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 32-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 24 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in Marable.

A Houston man is facing a felony charge of motion to revoke parole after being arrested on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 37 years old, resides on East 38th.
