A Houston man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol content over .08 after being arrested on Jan. 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 29 years old, resides in Sherwood. He was booked on Jan. 15.

A Houston man is facing a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested on Jan. 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 31 years old, resides in East Whitney. He was booked on Jan. 15.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (third offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Jan. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 50 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 17 and is facing a felony charge. He resides in Dubarry.
