HS girls basketball preview: Pope John XXIII vs. Lutheran North
Pope John XXIII will visit Lutheran North in girls high school basketball action on Friday, in a District TAPPS 4-4A match-up.
The Lions are 6-7 overall, defeating Bay Area Christian 30-26 in their last game.
Following Friday's game, Pope John XXIII will host George Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The Lions are 0-3 overall and 0-1 in district play, losing 87-14 to Westbury Christian in their last game.
Following Friday's game, Lutheran North will host Brazosport Christian on Monday at 6 p.m.
Friday's tip-off is slated for 6 p.m.
