Heights Jack in the Box named in slip-and-fall suit
Jack in the Box is being sued over claims its failure to keep its restaurant in the Heights safe resulted in an injured customer.
Kearn Ardoin filed a lawsuit on Jan. 7 in Harris County District Court against Jack in the Box and A&A Restaurant Management, citing negligence.
Ardoin says on May 20, she suffered injuries while on the premises of Jack in the Box, located at 3425 Ella Blvd. According to the brief, she slipped and fell in water overflowing from buckets Jack in the Box employees used to catch water leaking from the ceiling.
Ardoin is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Adam Criaco.
