Heights man dies after shooting at his home
A Heights resident died Wednesday after someone shot him at his residence at 4304 Edison St.
Rosalio Pena, 48, was pronounced dead after being taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital, according to a Houston Police Department press release.
A neighbor called police at about 7:55 p.m. Wednesday after hearing Pena and another man arguing in his driveway, then hearing two gunshots. The caller reported seeing an unknown suspect fleeing the area.
