Heights man charged with third DWI
A Heights-area man previously convicted of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge Saturday, according to a complaint filed in Harris County Criminal Court.
Patrick Garcia, 43, of 4102 Averill in the Heights, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
Garcia has been released on a $10,000 bond, according to online court documents.
He was convicted of DWI in Harris County in April 2002 and March 1993.
