Heights man charged with third DWI
A Heights man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge this past weekend, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County Court.
Francisco Garcia, 64, of 800 Walton St., was charged Friday with a felony count of DWI. The complaint did not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He has been released from jail on a $10,000 bail bond.
Garcia was convicted of DWI in Harris County in November 1977 and November 1989.
