Coordinator Officer Wayne Pate. Pate says Lassalle is "very knowledgeable of
DWI procedures and laws."
PIP meetings are also a chance for community members to learn more about
HPD.
The meeting will take place Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Houston
