HS boys basketball preview: Waltrip vs. Davis
Waltrip will battle Davis in boys basketball action on Friday.
Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Waltrip.
Waltrip has an 11-8 record on the season and is 4-2 in district play. On Wednesday, the Waltrip Rams beat Austin.
Davis is 1-16 on the year and 0-6 in district. On Monday, the Davis Panthers lost to Reagan, 54-68, as Khalil Potts scored 25 points for Reagan.
After Friday’s game, Waltrip plays Sharpstown on Monday.
Davis’ next game is with Yates on Monday.
