Free Press Houston throws free NYE bash at Fitzgerald's
Free Press Houston's annual New Year's Eve celebration at Fitzgerald's will feature some of Houston's best bands and is free for those 21 and over.
Wild Moccasins is the headliner, playing songs from its well-received "Skin Collision Past," plus new cuts for 2011. Fat Tony, B L A C K I E, Weird Party, Hamamatsu Tom, Delicious Milk, Limb, Golden Axe and the Hex Dispensers are also scheduled to perform.
Free Press Houston will be giving away prizes, free shirts, tickets and a few passes to Summer Fest 2011.
Fitzgerald's is located at 2706 White Oak in the Heights. Doors open at 8 p.m. Admission is $10 for those under 21 and free for 21 and over. For more information, go to www.freepresshouston.com or www.fitzlivemusic.com.
